In Criminal Cases you may lose the opportunity to seek a reasonable bond. And in Civil Cases you may lose the opportunity to interview and obtained a sworn statement from the opposing party or witnesses.
We bill by the hour or offer a flat rate, plus mileage and for expenses that may incur while investigating and documenting your case. And any unused portion of your subsequent retainer, if applicable will be returned to you.
A retainer must be given to us prior to investigating your case.
No they will not. Under Florida Statute 493 you are protected and we are obligated not to reveal your case, sources or investigation methods to anyone. With one exception. If we are compelled by a Judicial Court Order to reveal the details of your case, I may be required to do so after all legal options have been explored and exhausted. Of course we will fight tooth and nail not to reveal anything about your case. We assure you.
